All children under the age of 16 are not allowed to be in the pool swimming without an adult.
All bathers must be wearing appropriate attire; suitable modest swimsuits. No jeans or cut-off slacks will be permitted in the pool area.
Harrogate Square Condominium is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property in the pool enclosure.
All persons using the pool facilities do so at their own risk.
Pets are not permitted in or around the pool area, and they may not be leashed to any common element in the pool area.
All diapered babies must wear a clean diaper covered by a pair of tight-fitting rubber pants, or swimming diapers.
The flotation devices allowed for children will be arm floaties, a t-shirt-type flotation tube, or a swimming vest. An adult must accompany children wearing these devices in the water at all times because they aren’t guaranteed to stay on the child.
No tubes, rafts, or other similar flotation devices are allowed in the pool.
No running, pushing or roughhouse play is permitted in the pool enclosure, along with any abusive or profane language.
Diving is permitted only in the deep end of the pool. No diving backward, cannonballs, flips, or twisting is allowed.
No balls, Frisbee's, or other sports equipment are allowed in the pool or pool enclosure.
No sitting on, jumping, or climbing over the pool wall is allowed. The only appropriate entrance is with a pass-key of a unit owner or tenant via the pool gate.
Refrain from using our pool if you have an infectious or communicable disease of any kind.
No glass or breakable containers are allowed in the pool enclosure.
The telephone at the pool is limited to outbound emergency calling only so no one may use it except in an extreme emergency.
Owners forfeit pool privileges when tenants rent their units.
Any unit owners who are not fully paid in their monthly assessments will not be able to use the pool or tennis court.
No smoking will be tolerated anywhere in the pool area.
Lower pool umbrellas for windy conditions, or when leaving your table.
Clean up any garbage arising from your visit to the pool area
Clean the restrooms after each use and after your child uses them. Notify the Board (716) 427-3079, or our Property Manager Rachel Cisco of Bliss Co. (716) 204-2920 if they are not clean.
No screaming noises of any kind for fun or entertainment purposes. Only scream for an actual emergency.

In an emergency, call 911 as soon as possible! A free telephone is provided near the entrance to the pool-house restrooms. It’s only there to dial 911 in a real emergency.
The capacity for the facility is 96 persons’—maximum.
The acceptable hours of operation/use are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm—weather permitting. Only use the facility during these posted hours of operation.
There is no substitute for adequate supervision. Children less than 16 years of age must at all times be accompanied by an adult responsible for their safety and behavior while at the bathing facility.
Parts of the pool have shallow water depth and they are marked on the concrete deck. NO DIVING is permitted in sections of the pool shallower than 8 feet deep.
DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL AND SWIM!
